Installation

Heating and cooling costs are affected by a Vande Hey-Raleigh
roof. Unlike many other roofing products, our tile is not fastened
directly to the roof deck. The air space between the roof sheathing
and the tile prevents direct heat transmission, keeping buildings
cooler in summer and warmer in winter. This provides a R6 insulation
factor.

Vande Hey-Raleigh we provide technical support from estimating
to installation. Our estimating departments will make a complete
take off of all materials necessary to insure a quality installation
anywhere. The strength of any roof lies in the quality of
the materials, flashing and installation. And Vande Hey-Raleigh
literally wrote the book on installation. Specifications for

Warranty
Protection is where Vande Hey-Raleigh tile really
stands out among other roofing materials. Since it is manufactured
in the extreme cold and warm climate of Wisconsin, U.S.A. it
is resistant to virtually all weather conditions. Our tile roof
system withstands wind driven rain, absorbs very little moisture
and defies termites, rodents and rot. "Freeze/thaw cycles" that
cause other roofing materials to deteriorate will not affect
our tile roof. Vande Hey-Raleigh offers a 50 year limited warranty
and fireproof peace of mind.
